正交设计优化四味黄连洗剂提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用正交设计试验优选四味黄连洗剂的最佳提取工艺。方法对四味黄连洗剂采用醇提取法,采用L_9(3~4)正交设计法进行试验,对提取次数、乙醇浓度、提取时间和乙醇倍数4个单因素进行试验,以黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱、大黄素含量及干膏得率为指标,利用综合评分法对数据进行分析,优选出最佳提取工艺。结果优选出四味黄连洗剂最佳醇提工艺为处方量药材加12倍80%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5h。结论试验得到的最佳提取方法稳定可行,可应用于四味黄连洗剂的生产制备。 Objective To investigate the optimal extraction process for Siwei Huanglian Lotion by the orthogonal design.Methods Alcohol extraction was performed for Siwei Huanglian Lotion and the L_9(3~4)orthogonal design was used to determine times of extraction,alcohol concentration,extraction time,and alcohol amount.With the content of baicalin,berberine hydrochloride,and emodin and the yield of dry extract as indices,the comprehensive scoring method was used to analyze data and determine the optimized extraction process.Results The optimal alcohol extraction process for Siwei Huanglian Lotion was to mix 80% alcohol with the medicinal material(prescribed dose)at a ratio of 12∶1 and to extract 3 times(1.5 hours each time).Conclusion This optimal extraction process for Siwei Huanglian Lotion is stable and feasible and can be used for the production of Siwei Huanglian Lotion.
