新疆且末县河东沙化土地封禁保护区植物多样性调查 被引量:4

Investigation on Plant Diversity in Game Park Reserve of Hedong Desertification Site in Qiemo County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

摘要 采用样地样方法对且末县河东沙化土地封禁保护区植物多样性进行了调查,结果表明:(1)封禁保护区内植物群落结构简单,大体可分为灌木层和草本层,铺设草方格沙障的沙地内共有灌木和草本植物13种,分属6科13属。无草方格沙障保护的裸沙地共有草本植物5种,分属2科4属;(2)封禁区铺设草方格沙障沙地内和无草方格沙障的裸沙地中植物群落的Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Weiner指数、Pielou均匀度指数、生态优势度等有十分明显的差异;(3)采取封禁措施3年后,特别是建设草方格沙障后,能促使流沙固定,促进植物定居,有利于植物多样性的增加。 Adopting sample plot and quadrat method)plant diversity was investigated in forbidden reserves of deser-tification land in Hedong of Qiemo County. Result shows that (1) The plant community is simple and can be divid-ed into shrub layer and herbaceous layer in game park reserve. There are 13 species of shrubs and herbaceous plants〉 which belongs to 6 families〉 13 genera in the sand of laying semi-buried straw checkerboards. There are 5 herbaceous plants,which belongs to 2 families〉 4 genera in the bare sand land of no protected by semi-buried straw checkerboards. (2) The Margalef richness index, Shannon-Weiner index〉 Pielou evenness index ecological domi-nance of plant communities have significant differences in sand land of game park reserve,of which is laid semi-bur-ied straw checkerboards and no protected by semi-buried straw checkerboards. (3) Three years after using the clos-ing measures, especially after the construction of straw checkerboard barriers,it can promote fixation of shifting sand, promote plant colonization, which is favourite for increasing of plant diversity.
