摘要
以紫叶小檗茎段为外植体,通过调节激素种类和浓度配比,对紫叶小檗的组培快繁技术进行了研究。结果表明:最佳腋芽诱导和增殖培养基为WPM+ZT0.5mg·L^(-1)+IBA0.5mg·L^(-1)+KT0.5mg·L^(-1),培养40d后的增殖倍数为2.50倍;适宜的生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA1.0mg·L^(-1),生根率为72.22%。
Taking stems of berberis thumbergii as explants,through adjusting hormone species and partition ratio of concentrations,technique of rapid propagation of Berberis thumbergii was investigated. Result shows that WPM + ZT 0. 5 mg· L^-1 +IBA 0. 5 mg· L^-1 + KT 0. 5 mg · L^-1 is optimal for induction medium of the axillary buds in all tested treatments. The proliferation times is 2. 50 after 40 days planting. Suitable rooting medium is 1/2MS+ IBA 1. 0 mg· L^-1 , and the rooting rate is 72. 22%.
