15个杨树新品系苗期耐寒试验研究 被引量:2

Cold Tolerance of 15 New Strains of Poplar at Seedling Stage

摘要 采用超低温冷冻储存箱,在-40℃时,设置3、5、7d等3个时间梯度,以电解质渗出率作为抗寒指标,对15个杨树参试品种(品系)进行室内耐寒试验,以扦插成活率为指标,进行冷冻恢复试验。结果表明,在-40℃时,各参试品种(品系)的耐寒能力由高至低的顺序依次为031357>小黑杨>东风岗1号杨>031950>041710>2111>78-25>A5-10>043136>031622>041931>030703>041131>031201>040903,不同冷冻时间电解质渗出率由低至高的顺序为3d>5d>7d;以扦插成活率为指标,各参试品种(品系)冷冻后恢复生长扦插成活率由高至低的顺序依次为041931>78-25>2111>小黑杨>031622>东风岗1号>031950>031357>030703>043136>041710>041131>040903>A5-10>031201;不同冷冻时间冷冻恢复生长扦插成活率由高至低的顺序依次为3d>5d>7d。 In the ultra-low temperature cryogenic storage tank,the temperature gradient of 3 d,5 dand 7 dwas set at-40℃,and the 15 kinds of poplar varieties(strains)were tested with the electrolyte leakage rate as the cold index.Indoor cold test,cutting survival rate as an indicator,the frozen recovery test was conducted.Result shows that the order of cold tolerance of each tested cultivar(line)is higher than that in the order of Populus.stalinez Jabl.×Populus.simonii Carr.>P.simonii Carr.× P.nigra L.>Populus nigra var.italica×P.nigra ‘DFG-1'>(Populus×pioner Jabl.)×(P.simonii Carr.× P.nigra L.)>Populus.russkii Jabl.×P.simonii Carr.>Populus×euramericana cv.‘DN113'×(Populus simonii Carr.× P.nigra L.)>Populus suaveolens Fisch.>Populus deltoides×P.suaveolens Fisch.>Populus simonii Carr.×(P.deltoids Vartr×cathyana Rehd.Cl.)>Populus simonii Carr.×(P.deltoids Vartr×cathyana Rehd.Cl.‘Zhong-heifang-2')>Populus simonii Carr.×(Populus simonii Carr.× P.nigraL.)>Populus×pionerJabl.×(P.psendo-cathayana×deltoides cv‘Shan Hai Guan')>Populus×pionerJabl.×(P.psendo-cathayana×deltoides cv.‘Shan Hai Guan')>(Populu×pionerJabl.)× P.simonii Carr.>Populus.russkii Jabl.×P.simonii Carr.The rate of electrolyte leakage from low to high is 3 d>5 d>7 d.The survival rate of cuttings is taken as the index,and the varieties of the tested varieties are different.The order of survival rate of the cuttings is fromPopulussimonii Carr×(Populus simonii Carr.× P.nigra L.)>Populussuaveolens Fisch.>Populus×euramericana cv.‘DN113'×(Populus simonii Carr.× P.nigra L.)>P.simonii Carr.× P.nigra L.>Populus simonii Carr.×(P.deltoids Vartr×cathyana Rehd.Cl.‘Zhong-heifang-2')>Populus nigra var.italica×P.nigra‘DFG-1'>(Populus×pionerJabl.)×(P.simonii Carr.×P.nigra L.)>Populus.stalinez Jabl.×Populus simonii Carr.>Populus×pioner Jabl.×(P.psendo-cathayana×deltoides cv.‘Shan Hai Guan')>Populus simonii Carr.×(P.deltoids Vartr×cathyana Rehd.Cl.)>Populus russkii Jabl.×P.simonii Carr.>Populus russkii Jabl.×(Populus simonii Carr.× P.nigra L.)>Populus russkii Jabl.×P.simonii Carr.>Populus deltoides×P.suaveolens Fisch.>(Populus×pionerJabl.)× P.simonii Carr.The descending order of survival rate of frozen cuttings is 3 d> 5 d> 7 din different freezing time.
