From the actual situation of agriculture development, the combination of Internet and agriculture to forms the agriculture 3.0 is the trend of the times, it is the inevitable choice of China＇s agriculture to get rid of backward technology, low efficiency and realize a great leap forward growth. Although the agriculture 3.0 can realize the integration of agricultural production and reform the mode of production, financing mode, circulation mode and sales mode to form a new chain. Due to the agricultural technology foundation is relatively backward, it will faces many difficulties in the process of transforming traditional agriculture to the agriculture 3.0, such as lack of qualified person, backward agricultural infrastructure, separation of chain and land can＇t scale operation. Therefore, it is necessary for the government and society to support both technology and capital to explore the path and mode of the agricultural 3.0.
