Strategic Model Driven by Technological Innovation in Shanxi Province

技术创新驱动作为国家创新驱动战略的核心,已成为陕西经济追赶超越的重要落脚点。本文紧扣陕西发展"五新"理念,明确创新主体的功能定位,以技术创新驱动体系建设为抓手,以创新引领、创新支持、创新适应和国际化合作四大创新战略为核心,提出了陕西技术创新驱动1-4-8战略模型。技术创新驱动体系的实施战略研究,对构建陕西技术创新驱动体系,实现陕西经济追赶超越具有重要的现实意义。

Technological innovation-driven is the core of the national innovation-driven strategy and plays a major role in economic catching-up in Shaanxi. In order to speed up the implementation of catching-up in Shaanxi, this paper focuses on the construction of technology innovation-driven system according to Shaanxi ＂five new＂ concepts and defines the function orientation of innovation subject based on development present situation of technological innovation. Based on strategic framework of green transition and innovation in Asia, this paper puts forward technology innovationdriven 1-4-8 strategic model in Shaanxi which takes the four innovation strategies as the core. This research has important practical significance for the technology innovation-driven system construction and economic development of Shaanxi.
