摘要
为研究油茶(Camellia oleifera)生长以及营养物质和碳水化合物的分配规律,对广西国有高峰林场界牌分场的油茶林进行生长、土壤物理性质及叶片、花芽、果实总氮和可溶性糖含量的测定。结果表明:株高、地径和冠幅与土壤容重呈负相关,与土壤饱和持水量呈正相关;叶片中的氮含量均高于花芽和果实中的氮含量(P<0.05),花芽中的可溶性糖含量高于叶片和果实。而果实的糖氮比值最高,叶片和花芽的糖氮比低(P<0.05),其原因可能与采收期测定有关。
In order to study the growth of Camellia oleifera and distribution regularity of nutrient substance and carbohydrate, the growth, soil physical properties and total nitrogen and soluble carbohydrate of Camellia oleifera leaves,buds,and fruits were measured in Jiepai forest farm,Guangxi state Gaofeng forest farm.Results indicated that height, ground diameter,and crown diameter had negative correlation with soil bulk density; the nitrogen content in leaves was higher than that in buds and fruits(P<0.05); the soluble carbohydrate in buds was higher than that in leaves and fruits. Moreover,the sugar-nitrogen ratio in fruits was the highest,and the sugar-nitrogen ratio in leaves and buds was low(P<0.05),which may be attributed to the measurement in harvest period.
