摘要
采用真空反应精馏装置模拟苯乙烯减压精馏工艺条件,分别对2-仲丁基-4,6-二硝基苯酚(DNBP)、4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-1-氧自由基(OH-TEMPO)、N,N-二乙基羟胺(DEHA)3种单一阻聚剂和以DNBP为主体,分别加入OH-TEMPO、DEHA复配成二元复配阻聚剂进行详细的动态评价,得出复配阻聚剂的最佳使用条件为m(DNPB)∶m(OH-TEMPO)=1∶1,m(复配阻聚剂)∶m(苯乙烯)=0.025%,诱导期85min,在220min时间段内有明显的缓聚效果。通过对苯乙烯精馏阻聚剂动态评价的研究,为装置引进新型阻聚剂搭建了实验室评价平台。
With vacuum distillation device used for Styrene rectification,taking 2-isobutyl-4,6-bis(DNBP),4-nitro phenol hydroxy-2,2,6,6-methyl piperidine tetra-1-oxygen free radical(OH-TEMPO),N,N-bis-ethyl hydroxylamine(DEHA)as the single inhibitor,(DNBP+TEMPO),(DNBP+DEHA)as dual compound inhibitor,dynamic evaluation experiments were carried out in the device said above.The optimum operating conditions for the use of the composite polymerization inhibitor were obtained as follows:compound inhibitor m(DNPB)∶m(OH-TEMPO)= 1∶1,added amount of 0.025%,induction period of 85 min,in the duration of 220 min,the inhibitor in the period has obvious effect of lowering polymerization;Based on the research of the dynamic evaluation method and the dynamic evaluation of the styrene polymerization inhibitor,an experimental evaluation platform was built for the introduction of the new inhibitor.
