Analysis on regulations of online automatic monitoring data for pollution-source

通过对污染源在线自动监控(监测)数据的调研梳理并筛选异常数据识别与判定方法,结合各大企业实际在线数据,对筛选方法的实际应用效果进行判定;针对识别出的异常数据、缺失数据,使用国家在线监测相关技术规范中要求的技术方法,进行在线监测数据修约补遗;针对应用过程中发现的问题,提出合理化建议。

Based on the analysis of pollution-source automatic monitoring data,a series of detection and judement methods for abnormal data were selected.Combing with the actual monitoring data from various companies,the application effect was tested as well.The missing and abnormal data were revised and added according to the technical requirements of the relative National Online Montoring Regulations.Furthermore,rationalization proposal was raised to improve the above processes for monitoring data.
