动车组紧急逆变电源设计

Design for Bullet Trains' Emergency Inverter Power Supply

摘要 紧急逆变电源是动车组突发停电状况下实现电能转换的重要设备,然而传统逆变电源在突加大功率感性负载情况下输出电压不稳定、三相输出电压不平衡度大。文中采用了基于STM32控制的Boost升压和IPM逆变的设计方法。详细叙述了主电路原理,设计了保护电路和检测电路。试验样机测得的波形及数据显示此紧急逆变电源带感性负载时稳定输出230 V、30 Hz,三相输出电压不平衡度<1%,试验证明样机工作可靠、满足设计要求。 The emergency inverter power supply is important device for power conversion when bullet train power cut suddenly. However,the output voltage was unstable,the voltage of three-phase was unbalanced seriously of traditional inverter power when High-power inductive load was accessed in. Boost circuit and IPM inverter circuit based on STM32's control was designed in the paper. The theory of main circuit was introduced,new protection circuit and detection circuit was designed. The waveform and data of the experimental prototype was tested shows this emergency inverter power can output 230 VAC,30 Hz stably with rated inductive load,three-phase output voltage unbalance less than 1%. Experiment results showed that the emergency inverter power supply worked reliably,met the design requirements.
