摘要
设计一种用于开关电容DC-DC转换器的多增益模式转换电路,较固定增益模式相比,具有高效率、快速响应的优点。配合采用脉冲频率调制技术和状态机控制实现自动增益跳变。以0.5μm CMOS工艺,利用Spectreverilog进行电路仿真,输入电压范围为2.6~4.2 V,负载电流范围为6~60 m A。结果表明,其能实现多增益自动跳变,可输出1.8 V的稳定电压,并且纹波<2 m V。
a multiple-gain conversion circuit used for switching capacitor DC-DC converter has been design.Compared to fixed conversion mode,the presented circuit has higher conversion efficiency. The system uses the pulse frequency modulation technique and the state machine to realize automatic gain jump. The proposed circuit is implemented using SMIC 0. 5 um CMOS process,the input voltage range of 2. 6 ~ 4. 2 V,the load current range of 6 ~ 60 m A. The result of spectreverilog simulation shows that it could realize gain hopping correctly,and generate the stable output voltage of 1. 8 V and attain the expected purpose and the output ripple is less than 2 m V.
