摘要
为帮助下肢功能障碍患者恢复肢体功能,设计了一种基于PCI-1240的多轴联合训练系统。系统以PCI-1240多轴运动控制卡为控制核心,借助研华驱动程序接口,采用VC++高级语言对运动控制卡进行硬件驱动和控制实现各种运动。该系统通过搭建MFC应用程序框架,安装运动控制驱动,根据控制流程编写运动控制程序调试康复机器,设计多种控制模式和人机交互界面。该系统能够精确控制多个电机的独立运动和联合运动,控制系统稳定具有良好的临床康复效果。
To help limb function recovery in patients with lower limb dysfunction,this paper designed a multi-axis joint training system based on PCI-1240. The system uses PCI-1240 multi-axis motion control card as the control core,with the Advantech driver interface,using VC + + high-level language programming for PCI-1240 hardware drivers and control to achieve a variety of sports. The system first builds the MFC application framework,installs the motion control driver,compiles the motion control program to debug the rehabilitation machine according to the control flow,designs various control modes and man-machine interaction interface. The system can precisely control the independent movement of multiple motors and joint movement,the control system is stable and has a good clinical rehabilitation effect.
