摘要
为快速有效地获取鞋底轮廓三维信息,实现自动化喷胶,提出了一种基于双目立体视觉获取喷胶曲线的方法,该方法采用基于Canny算法对目标图像进行边缘提取。讨论了利用基于区域匹配算法立体匹配,获取喷胶曲线的三维点云。采用三次样条曲线对其进行拟合,得到喷胶轨迹。利用Halcon图像处理软件编程进行仿真实验,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
in order to quickly and efficiently get the sole three-dimensional contour information and spray adhesive automatically,the paper proposes a method based on binocular stereo vision. First of all,edge detection based on the Canny algorithm after extracting images is done; then,to gain the 3 d point cloud of spraying curve,the paper begins stereo matching based on regional algorithm; finally,using cubic spline curve fitting to get the spray adhesive.By Halcon image processing software programming,it proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
