生精片联合维参锌胶囊、他莫昔芬微胶囊治疗弱精症疗效观察

Clinical observation of Shengjing tablet combined with Compound Ginseng and Vitamin E Capsules and tamoxifen in the treatment of asthenospermia

目的观察生精片联合维参锌胶囊、他莫昔芬微胶囊治疗弱精症的临床疗效。方法将128例弱精症患者按照入院先后顺序分为试验组和对照组各64例。对照组给予维参锌胶囊+他莫昔芬微胶囊治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用生精片。观察2组临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后精神不振、性欲低下、遗精早泄、腰膝酸软、脉沉细弱积分及总积分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且试验组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后精液量、精子密度、A级精子活力、(A级+B级)精子活力均明显改善,对照组除精液量外,其余指标也均显著改善(P均<0.05),但试验组各指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组用药期间常规检查均未发现异常,且不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论生精片联合维参锌胶囊、他莫昔芬微胶囊治疗弱精症不仅可以改善中医证候及精液质量,还可提高疗效,且不良反应少,具有推广应用价值。

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Shengjing tablet combined with Compound Ginseng and Vitamin E Capsules and tamoxifen in the treatment of asthenospermia.Methods 128 patients with asthenospermia were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of admission,with 64 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Compound Ginseng and Vitamin E Capsules ＋ tamoxifen microcapsule,the experimental group was treated with Shengjing tablet ＋ Compound Ginseng and Vitamin E Capsules ＋ tamoxifen microcapsule.The clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was observed.Results The scores of consciousness inactivity,hyposexuality,spermatorrhea and premature ejaculation,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,pulse leptos and total score were significantly decreased in the 2 groups after treatment （all P〈0.05）,the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）; The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;Sperm volume,sperm density,grade A sperm motility motility,grade A ＋ B sperm motility were significantly improved in the experimental group after treatment,and all the indexes excepted semen volume were significantly improved in the control group （all P〈0.05）,but the improvement of the indexes in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.There was no abnormalities in routine examination in the 2 groups,and was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shengjing tablets combined with Compound Ginseng and Vitamin E Capsules and tamoxifen microcapsules can improve the TCM syndrome and semen quality in the treatment of asthenospermia,the utility model can improve curative effect and has less adverse reaction,and has popularization and application value.
