新疆某钼矿选矿试验研究

摘要 新疆某钼矿是具有较高开发价值的硫化钼矿床。原矿含钼0.11%,主要目的矿物辉钼矿的嵌布粒度较粗,多在0.1 mm左右,钼氧化率7.69%。主要脉石矿物为石英、绢云母和粘土矿物。选矿试验最终采用"钼硫混合浮选—钼硫分离"的工艺流程。钼硫混合浮选采用BP+乳化煤油作捕收剂,经一粗三扫二精后获得钼硫混合精矿;混合精矿经再磨后,采用石灰+水玻璃+硫化钠作抑制剂,经一粗三扫四精获得钼精矿产品。闭路试验中矿顺序返回,获得了含Mo 52.05%,钼回收率92.25%的精矿产品。 A molybdenum mine in Xinjiang is a sulphur molybdenum deposit with high development value. The raw ore contains 0. 11% molybdenum, and the disseminated grain size of the purpose mineral molybdenite is coarse, mainly at 0. 1 mm, molybdenum oxidation rate is 7. 69%. The main gangue minerals are quartz, sericite and clay minerals. The final beneficiation process was 44molybdenum sulfur mixed flotation-molybdenum sulfur separation". In molybdenum sulfur mixed flotation process, using BP + emulsified kerosene as collector, the molybdenum sulfur mixed concentrate was obtained through 44one rough-three sweep-two concentration" process; the molybdenum con-centrate was obtained through 44 mixed concentrate regrinding- one rough-three sweep-four concentration ^ process by using lime + sodium silicate + sodium sulfide as inhibitor. The middlings was orderly returned in closed-circuit test, the molybdenum concentrate containing 52. 05% molybdenum was gained with the molybdenum recovery rate92. 25%.
