摘要
某硫化钼矿石铜品位0.04%,未达到伴生组分回收标准,工艺矿物学研究表明主要含铜矿物和辉钼矿之间嵌布关系有利于铜钼分离。选矿试验采用"钼-铜-硫优先流程",使矿石中的钼、铜、硫均得到合理回收,提高了资源利用率。
The copper grade in a molybdenum sulfide ore is 0.04 % , which doesn't meet the recovery criteria for as-sociated components, but process mineralogy studies have shown that the intercalation relationship between copper mineral and molybdenite is favorable for copper and molybdenum separation. By adaping the process of “molybde-num- copper-sulfur differencial flotation” , molybdenum, copper and sulfur have been all recovered reasonablely , the resource utilization rate has been obviously improved .
