摘要
多膛炉焙烧钼精矿生产需要有一个稳定、准确的钼精矿原料加料系统,其目的是确保炉内焙烧反应气氛稳定。本文通过对多膛炉加料系统设备及其控制分析,设计并确定在多膛炉加料系统使用具有PLC控制功能的失重称,采用PID控制算法,进而使失重秤系统与多膛炉上位机实现实时通讯和给料系统的自动控制,从而确保多膛炉焙烧生产稳定运行和产品质量优良。
The process of roasting molybdenum concentrates with multi - hearth Furnace needs a stable and accurate feeding system to make sure a relatively stable atmosphere of roasting reaction in furnace. Through analyzing the feeding equipment and control methods, the loss- in-weight balance for feeding system with PLC control function was designed and determined by using PID control algorithm. Balance system and multi-hearth furnace have a real-time communication to achieve automatic control of feeding . It can ensure the stable operation of furnace and product quality.
