问题式教学法在儿童医院检验科实习带教中的应用探析 被引量:3

摘要 检验科带教工作的效果,会直接影响医学生在业务方面的综合处理水平及其将来的职业生涯。该文介绍了儿童医院检验科在实习教学中运用问题式教学的具体实践。主要带教方法是科学选拔有经验、高年资的带教老师,以分组带教提高带教效果,对具体诊断结果先让医学生进行独立思索后的总结性发言进行错误纠正,重视带教中实习表现的总结与点评,对医学生实施全面考评后,将带教结果归入带教档案等等。并指出采用该教学法对带教教师自身的临床阅历和带教经验均有严格的要求,且要求为医学生提供充足的时间来完成总结与问题探讨,以增强对问题的处理能力与批判性分析思考能力。 The teaching effect in the department of clinical laboratory can directly affect the comprehensive handling level in business and further career, and the major teaching methods of practical teaching is to scientifically select the experienced and senile teachers and improve the teaching effect by dividing into groups, and the pay attention to the summarization and review of practice performances and bring the teaching results into the files after the comprehensive evaluation of medical students, and the we have a strict requirement for the clinical experience and teaching experience of the teachers and require the medical students to supply the adequate time to finish the summarization and study in order to enhance the handling ability of problems and critical analysis ability.
