妇科内镜诊治技术阶梯化分层教学的探讨

妇科内镜技术,分为宫腔镜技术和腹腔镜技术,为微创技术,是目前临床妇科较为成熟的诊治技术之一,与传统的开腹以及经阴道的诊治方法相比,不仅对患者的伤害显著降低,且提升了多种以往难以确诊的疾病的诊断和治疗价值,在妇产科的影响应用越来越广泛。妇科内镜技术具有特殊性,操作人员操作的规范化至关重要。该文就采取阶梯化分层教学进行妇科内镜诊治技术的教学进行探讨,以期为实践教学提供借鉴。

The gynecological endoscopic technology is divided into the hysteroscopic technique and laparoscopic technique,the minimally invasive technology, is a mature diagnosis and treatment technology in the clinical department of gynecology,which can obviously reduce the patients but also improve the diagnosis and treatment value of diseases that are difficult to diagnosis in the past compared with the traditional laparotomy and transvaginal surgery, widely used in the department of gynecology and obstetrics, and the gynecological endoscopic technology is special, and the standardization of operation staff is vital, and the paper studies the stepping layer teaching by gynecological endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology in order to provide reference for the practical teaching.
