全面质量管理理念在护理质量管理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Comprehensive Quality Management Idea in the Nursing Quality Management

目的探讨全面质量管理理念在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法 2015年10月—2016年3月和2016年4—9月分别作为对照组和观察组,各随机选择100例患者。通过自制问卷调查比较两组护理人员的护理质量,满分100分,分数越高,护理质量越高。同时调查比较患者对护理人员的护理满意度。结果两组患者护理质量评分差异显著。观察组专业技能、服务态度、护理文书、基础护理、护理安全等各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。且实施全面质量管理的观察组满意率达99.0%,显著高于对照组87.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面质量管理对提高住院患者护理质量有明显促进作用,满意度也明显提高,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive quality management idea in the nursing quality management. Methods 100 cases of patients from October 2015 to March 2016 and 100 cases of patients from April to September 2016 were selected as the control group and observation group, and the nursing quality of nursing staff of the two groups were compared by the self-made questionnaires and the total score was 100, and the higher the score, the higher the nursing quality, and the nursing satisfactory degree of the patients to the nursing staff was compared. Results The difference in the nursing quality score between the two groups was obvious, and various scores of professional skill, service attitude,nursing documents, basic nursing and nursing safety in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory rate in the observation group after the implementation of comprehensive quality management was obviously higher than that in the control group（99.0% vs 87.0%）, and the difference was obvious（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive quality management has an obvious promotion effect on the improvement of nursing quality of inpatients and obviously improve＋ment of the satisfactory degree, which is worth promotion and application.
