摘要
目的分析产科护理纠纷因素及防范对策。方法回顾该院产科2015年1—12月接收698例产妇的临床资料,分析护理纠纷发生的影响因素,提出对应的防范对策。结果 2015年1—6月护理纠纷发生率为4.5%,7—12月落实防范对策后,护理纠纷发生率降低至0.6%。结论针对产科护理纠纷因素提出对应的防范措施,可以有效避免护理纠纷的发生。
Objective To analyze the nursing dispute factors and preventive strategies in the department of obstetrics.Methods 698 cases of delivery women in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and the influence factors of nursing disputes were analyzed and the corresponding preventive strategies were put forwards. Results The incidence rate of nursing disputes from January 2015 to June 2015 was 4.5%, and the incidence rate of nursing disputes decreased to 0.6% after the implementation of preventive strategies from July 2015 to December 2015. Conclusion The corresponding preventive measures according to the nursing disputes in the department of obstetrics can effectively avoid the occurrence of nursing disputes.
