某社区老年人高血压病相关知信行调查及影响因素分析

Investigation of Hypertension Related Knowledge-attitude-belief-practice of Senile Patients in Some Community and Influence Factors

目的通过对社区老年人的高血压病知、信、行的调查,并分析其影响因素,为今后在社区推进老年人高血压病的教育和防治工作提供客观依据。方法 2016年随机选取吉林市某社区204名老年人为调查对象,进行入户调查。结果调查显示该社区老年人高血压KAP总得分的及格率为52.0%,平均分为(19.62±5.958)分;其中知识知晓率较差(25.5%),平均分为(3.42±1.498)分;态度持有率较低(49.5%),平均得分为(4.81±3.572)分;行为持有率较好(77.0%),平均得分为(11.39±4.007)分。通过多因素Logistic回归分析可知影响该社区老年人高血压病相关知信行的主要因素为性别和文化程度。结论该社区老年人的高血压相关知信行水平还有待提高,可以针对不同性别和文化程度的老年人采取不同的宣传和教育方式,从而减少其患病风险。

Objective To survey the hypertension related knowledge-attitude-belief-practice of senile patients in some community and influence factors and provide objective basis for the education and control work of hypertension of senile patients. Methods 204 cases of senile patients in some community in Jilin were randomly selected for household survey.in2016. Results The qualified rate of hypertension KAP total score of community senile patients was 52.0%, and the average score was（19.62 ±5.958）points, and the awareness rate was bad（25.5%）, and the average score was（3.42 ±1.498）points,and the attitude holding rate was lower（49.5%）, and the average score was（4.81±3.572）points, and the behavior holding rate was better（77.0%）, and the average score was（11.39±4.007）points, and the multiple factors Logistic regression analysis showed that the main influence factors were the gender and culture degree. Conclusion The hypertension related knowledge-attitude-belief-practice of senile patients in some community and influence factors needs to be improved and we can use the different publicity and education methods according to senile patients of different genders and culture degrees thus reducing the morbidity risks.
