摘要
薪酬管理是人力资源管理六大模块之一,对现代医院人力资源管理的成效具有极大的影响,并且是现代医院能否在日益激烈的医疗市场中占据有利地位并发展壮大的保障。建全现代医院人力资源的薪酬管理体系,主要采取激励性、竞争性的策略。该文主要通过对现代医院薪酬管理现状及弊端展开全方位的分析,并提出相应的解决对策,以期对现代医院的薪酬管理提供借鉴。
The salary management is one of the six modules of human resource management, which has great influence on the effect of human resources management in modern hospital, and is a guarantee for modern hospital to occupy a favorable position in the fierce medical market and to develop and expand.
