摘要
目的探析该院呼吸机的管理以及推广应用情况。方法回顾性分析2015年5月—2016年12月190例机械通气患者的临床资料和呼吸机使用过程中出现的故障类型及次数。结果 190例机械通气患者遇到的呼吸机各类型报警900次,操作不当引起的故障为主。结论加强呼吸机专业技术人员的培养和普及机械通气知识势在必行。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the management and application situation of breathing machine in this hospital. Methods The clinical data of 190 patients with mechanical ventilation and the fault type and number in the process of using breathing machine were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 190 patients with mechanical ventilation,900 cases of various types of alarm by improper operation. Conclusion It is imperative to popularize knowledge of mechanical ventilation and strengthen the cultivation of breathing machine professionals.
