浅谈高职助产专业学生自主学习能力培养

Discussion on the Independent Learning Ability Training of Midwifery Students in Higher Vocational Education

我国全面二胎政策的开放,助产士将面临更多的机遇与挑战。因此,培养学生自主学习能力显得尤为重要。本文就我国高职助产专业学生自主学习能力现状进行分析,找出影响自主学习能力的因素,并提出提高学生自主学习能力的策略,以期为广大助产教育工作者提供一定的理论参考。

As the two children policy announced by Chinese government, midwives will face more and more opportunities and challenges. Therefore, it is very important to cultivate students＇ autonomous learning ability. This paper analyzes the current situation of self-learning ability of students majoring in midwifery in vocational colleges, and finds out the factors that affect the ability of autonomous learning, and puts forward the strategies to improve the students＇ autonomous learning ability, so as to provide some theoretical reference for the majority of educators of midwifery.
