摘要
目的探讨绩效考核管理模式在心内科护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取该院心内科2016年2月—2017年3月期间临床护理情况,根据护理管理方案的不同平分为常规、研究组,两组护理人员均为26名。对常规组护士采用心内科传统护理管理模式进行管理,对研究组护士实施绩效考核管理,并将两组护理人员满意度及护理差错率进行对比。结果经过实施绩效考核管理模式,研究组及常规组护理满意率分别为96.15%、73.08%;研究组护理差错率为3.95%,常规组为26.92%,研究组护理差错率显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论将绩效考核管理模式运用于心内科护理管理中,可有效降低护理差错发生率,提升护理满意度,具备临床意义与价值。
Objective This paper tries to discuss the application value of performance appraisal management model in the nursing management of cardiology department. Methods The clinical nursing care situation of the hospital from Feburary2016 to March 2017 was selected and divided into the conventional group and the study group according to the different methods of nursing management, with 26 nursing staff in each group. The conventional group was managed by traditional nursing management mode in cardiology department, the study group adopted the performance appraisal management mode,and nurses' satisfaction and nursing error rate of the two groups were compared. Results After implementing the performance appraisal management model, nursing satisfaction rate of the study group and the routine group was 96.15% and73.08% respectively. The nursing error rate in the study group was 3.95%, and that of the conventional group was 26.92%,and the nursing error rate in the study group was significantly lower than the conventional group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of performance appraisal management mode to cardiology nursing management can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing errors, improve nursing satisfaction, which has clinical significance and value.
