品管圈在药品库存精细化管理中的应用与实践

Application and Practice of Quality Control Circles in the Fine Management of Drug Inventory

目的分析品管圈在药品库存精细化管理中的应用及实践方式及效果。方法于2016年8月起针对该院药房的药品库存实施品管圈的精细化管理,与2016年1—7月未实施品管圈的药房药品库存管理进行对比,观察实施品管圈前后药品的周转天数、满意度评分、药房工作人员出错率、库存差错率、药房账物相符率。结果在药品库存精细化管理过程中实施品管圈前后的管理指标均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈在药品库存精细化管理中的应用效果较为显著,能有效提高药品库存管理的管理水平,规范操作,减少库存差错现象的出现。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the application and practice of quality management in drug inventory management. Methods Since August 2016, the quality control circles of fine management in this hospital pharmacy drug inventory has been conducted, and compared with those who did not implement quality control circles management between January 2016 and July 2016, and then the medicines turnover days, the satisfaction score, pharmacy staff error rate, inventory error rate, pharmacy account match rate before and after the implementation of quality control circle were observed.Results There was a significant difference in the management indexes of the quality control circles management of the drug inventory, with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of the application of quality control circle in drug stocks of the fine management is remarkable, which can effectively improve the management level of drug inventory management, with standardized operation and fewer inventory errors.
