某临床医学院学生的评判性思维倾向调查分析

摘要 目的调查某临床医学院本科生的评判性思维倾向。方法 2016年11—12月,选取自愿参与评判性思维倾向研究的1 446名医学生为研究对象,采用中文版评判性思维倾向量表对学生进行评判性思维倾向调查。结果不同年级的学生在评判性思维倾向和其表现的7个方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以学生为中心,实施医学教育改革,发展学生的评判性思维倾向。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the critical thinking dispositions of undergraduates from a clinical medical college. Methods 1446 undergraduates were recruited to join voluntarily critical thinking disposition research from November to December 2016, and their critical thinking dispositions with the Chinese version of the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CTDI-CV) were investigated. Results The CTDI-CV scores revealed a statistically significant difference of the total scale and seven subscales of the critical thinking dispositions towards different grades of undergraduates(P 0.05). Conclusion It is imperative for universities to take the students as the center, perform medical teaching reform, and improve the students' critical thinking dispositions.
