该院2016—2017年处方的合理性分析

Analysis of the Rationality of Prescription in the Hospital from 2016 to 2017

目的对解放军第85医院2016—2017年的处方合理性进行抽查分析,促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取解放军第85医院2016年5月—2017年4月处方3 600张,对处方的合理性进行评价。结果抽查的3 600张处方中存在不合格处方71张(1.97%),其中药物用法或用量不适宜18张(25.4%)、选药不合理15张(21.1%)、无适应证用药12张(16.9%)、重复用药9张(12.7%)、用药配伍禁忌9张(12.7%)、联合用药不适宜8张(11.3%)。结论该院处方的合理性情况良好,但还存在一些问题,应加强处方的规范和合理用药的监管,促进临床合理用药。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the rationality of prescription in this hospital from 2016 to 2017 and to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods 3600 pieces of prescriptions were randomly selected in this hospital from May 2016 to April 2017, and the rationality of these prescription were evaluated. Results There were 71 unqualified prescriptions in the sample of 3600, accounting for 1.97%, among which 18 pieces of the inappropriate dosage or administration usage,accounting for 25.4%, 15 of irrational drug selection（21.1%）, 12 of no indications of drug use（16.9%）, 9 of repeated administration（16.9%）, 9 of drug incompatibility（12.7%）, 8 of unsuitable for combination therapy（11.3%）. Conclusion The rationality of prescription drugs in this hospital is in good condition, but there is still some problems, regulation and supervision in hospital prescriptions of rational drug use should be strengthened and rational drug use should be promoted.
