医疗救助视角下的精准扶贫——以沐川县底堡乡精准扶贫户个案为例

Precise Po verty Alleviation from the Perspective of Medical Assistance-A Case Study of the Poverty Alleviation in Dibao, Muchuan County

医疗救助是精准扶贫项目中的重要内容,该研究以四川省沐川县底堡乡精准扶贫户曹兴华等家庭为例,结合政府、卫生机构相关项目的实际操作,个案分析精准扶贫医疗救助在实践中展开的情况与出现的问题。总结当前健康扶贫工作取得的经验和面临的挑战,提出未来健康扶贫工作的相关建议,以期为相关部门决策提供参考。

Medical assistance is an important part of the precise poverty alleviation project. In this paper, taking the families of Cao Xinghua and other families in the village of Dibao in Muchuan County, Sichuan Province as an example, combined with the actual operation of the relevant projects of the government and health institutions, the situation of the expansion and the problems of this practice are analyzed by a case study. The experience and challenges of the current work on poverty alleviation are summarized, and relevant suggestions for future work on poverty alleviation are put forward, so that it can provide reference for relevant departments＇ decision-making.
