肺原发性黏膜相关淋巴组织型边缘区B细胞淋巴瘤一例报告

Primary lung mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue type marginal zone B-cell lymphoma: a case report

本文报告1例肺原发性黏膜相关淋巴组织型边缘区B细胞淋巴瘤(PMZL-MALT)的病例。患者主因间断咳嗽咳痰4年,加重1年入院,给予抗感染治疗,效果不佳;实验室检查没有特异性指标,胸部强化CT检查显示肺实变。经气管镜检查取活检,病理诊断为PMZL-MALT。患者经过化疗,目前病情稳定并定期复查。

To report a case with primary lung mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue type marginal zone B-cell lymphoma(PMZL-MALT). The patient was admitted in our hospital mainly due to intermittent cough and expectoration for 4 years, andaggravating for 1 year. The anti-infective treatment was given to this patient, and the efficacy was not good. Laboratory testsshowed no specific indicators. Chest enhancement CT examination showed pulmonary consolidation lesions. After takingbiopsy by tracheoscopy and pathological examination, the diagnosis of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue type marginalzone B-cell lymphoma was confirmed. After receiving chemotherapy, the patient remains under treatment in a stablecondition and regular reexamination.
