摘要
在英语教学所强调的听说读写四项基本技能中,写作能力无疑占据着十分重要的地位。然而在长期的教学实践中,笔者发现高职学生在英语写作中常常出现词汇误用、词汇冗余、句法冗杂和语义分离等四种语言衔接错误现象。在本研究中,笔者将基于对Halliday和Hasan的衔接理论的理解,通过设立实验班和控制班来检验衔接理论对于高职学生的英语写作能力的提升作用。
Among the four basicskills,listening,reading and writing,which are focused on in English teaching,writing of course a very important status.However,in the long time of English teaching,the writer found that in students' writing,four kinds of cohesion mistakes appear,which are misuse of words,lexical redundancy,miscellaneous syntax,and semantic separation.In this study,with the understanding of Halliday and Hasan's cohesion theory,with the set up of experiment class and control class,we find that the theory has the effect to improve the students' English writing ability.
