职业素养的企业调查及其培育机制研究

Research on Survey of Occupation Accomplishment in Enterprise and its Cultivation Mechanism

职业素养是人们在从事某一具体活动中所应具有的素质和修养,包含职业道德、职业意识、职业行为习惯、职业知识技能等内容,是现代职业教育人才培养的必然要求。在界定职业素养概念的基础上,对职业素养的结构要素进行了梳理,并阐明了职业素养的重要意义。基于对企业140名青年员工的问卷调查分析,论述了职业素养培育的有效路径与方法。

Occupation accomplishment is the quality and culture that people need in a specific activity,including occupation morals,occupation ideal,occupation behavior,occupation knowledge and skills,which is the inevitable requirement for modern vocational education＇s talents cultivation. On the basis of defining the concept of occupation accomplishment, this paper teases the structural elements of occupation accomplishment,and clarifies the significance of it. It also discusses the effective ways and approaches of cultivating occupation accomplishment based on the analysis of questionnaire of 140 young employees in enterprises.
