摘要
通过对6位优秀中小学班主任为期近5年的跟踪研究发现,在从"优秀"通往"卓越"的路途上,卓越班主任要经受更大的同事关系压力,学校专业成长支撑体系缺乏导致的压力,家长不信任与学生成绩下降带来的压力及自己家庭成员施予的压力。面对重重压力,最终成长为"卓越班主任",需要超越世俗的情怀、奋力拼搏的勇气,甚至要趟过一段"野蛮生长"之路。然而,一棵靠"野蛮生长"长成的大树,并不具备生态学意义上的繁荣效应。基于此,教育决策者应以体制、机制的创新破解卓越班主任专业发展的现实困境。
By the Five-year follow-up investigation of six outstanding class teachers in elementary and secondary schools,the study finds that on the road from "outstanding"class teachers to "excellent"ones,excellent class teachers have to bear multi-pressures such as the greater pressure from the interpersonal relationships among colleagues,the pressure caused by the lack of schools' professional development system,the pressure from the parental distrust and the decline in students' academic performance and the pressure imposed by their families. Those who have ultimately become "excellent class teachers"need to have supramundane feelings and the courage to strive for their educational careers,they even have to go through a period of"barbarian growth". However,a barbarically-grown big tree has no prosperous effect in ecology. Based on this,policy-makers should innovate educational system and mechanism to solve the developmental predicament of excellent class teachers' professionalization.
