论教师文化资本的知识表征

On Teachers' Knowledge Representation of Cultural Capital

文化作为一种资本形式影响着社会的资源分配。教师文化资本具有区别于普通民众的绝对优势和教化价值。在现实层面上,促使教师专业性不断彰显的资本形式主要表现为知识形态。在不同的历史时期,教师的文化资本表现出不同形式:古代教师的文化资本表现为神圣知识;近代教师的文化资本表现为理性知识;现当代教师的文化资本表现为专业知识。教师的社会地位与其拥有的知识资本息息相关,其社会意识的变化也受到动态的知识资本的影响。

As a form of capital,culture affects the resource allocation to the communities. Teachers＇ cultural capital has an absolute advantage and enlightenment values,which is different from ordinary people. On the realistic level,the capital forms of teachers＇ professional development are mainly manifested in knowledge form. Teachers＇ knowledge capital exhibits different forms in different periods. Ancient teachers＇ cultural capital is the sacred knowledge; Modern teachers＇ cultural capital is the rational knowledge; Contemporary teachers＇ cultural capital is the professional knowledge. The social status of teachers is closely related to the knowledge capital they own,and the change of social consciousness is also influenced by the dynamic knowledge capital.
