摘要
我国教师专业标准把教师研究学生作为国家对合格教师专业素质的基本要求。教师研究学生与专家研究儿童既有相同之处,又有相异之处。其相同之处主要表现为二者都必须具有能被称作研究的前提性资格,其相异之处主要是由教师和专家的不同职责决定的。从本质上说,教师研究学生是教师职业的必然要求,是教师发展的重要路径,是教师运用严谨的研究方法,对自己正在教的全体学生的各个方面进行研究,其目的是生产有关学生的实践性知识,其宗旨是促进所教学生全面发展。
The teachers' research on students is regarded as the basic requirement for the qualified teachers in the teacher professional standards in china. The teachers' research on students and the experts' research on children not only have the similarities,but also have the dissimilarities. As for the similarities,they lie in that both of teachers and experts must be qualified for research; and the dissimilarities are decided by the different responsibilities of the teachers and the experts. In essence,it is a must for a teacher to do research on students,and it's an important path of teacher development. The teachers' research on students is to study the various aspects of all students who are being taught by the teachers with the strict methods,its aim is to produce the practical knowledge about the students,and to promote student development in an all-round way.
