促进教师专业发展的英国经验:体制架构与运作

摘要 英国教育改革自20世纪80年代以来日益引起世界瞩目,甚至有着"世界教育政策的实验室"之称。其对教师专业发展的高度重视,所采取的措施,以及所确立起来的一整套体制架构,形成了独具英国特色的经验。这主要体现为三个方面:中央政府集权化的教师专业发展管理体制的确立,民间社会力量对教师专业发展的积极助推,基层学校成为教师专业发展事务的直接承担者。 More and more attention has been paid to the education reform in Britain by the world since1980 s,and Britain has been called"the lab of world education policy". By highly emphasizing teacher's professional development,taking measures,and establishing a complete set of systems,Britain has developed a unique way to promote teachers' professional development. It is mainly embodied in three aspects: the establishment of centralized national management system of teacher's professional development,the active participation of civil force,and empowering schools to take responsibility in teacher's professional development.
