汕尾口岸入侵红火蚁的识别及防治方法探讨

2015年7月,汕尾出入境检验检疫局工作人员在对来自香港中转海运的废PET饮料瓶砖实施现场检验检疫时,在其中某个集装箱箱门口发现少量蚂蚁活动,工作人员高度警觉,遂深入箱内角落检查发现有上百只蚂蚁,根据其形态特征初步怀疑为红火蚁,立即取样后对该批集装箱封存实施熏蒸处理,并对周围环境进行除害处理,经实验室初检鉴定及送广东检验检疫局技术中心专家组复核鉴定,确认为红火蚁。2016年3月,再次在经香港中转的进境废物原料中截获红火蚁;同年7月,在盐湿牛皮中截获红火蚁。通过笔者的调查分析,提出了在口岸如何快速识别红火蚁及防范其入侵的观点,为今后加强汕尾口岸入侵红火蚁的现场检验检疫及后续发生危害的防治工作提供参考,防止红火蚁的传播与扩散。

In July 2015,when the staff of Shanwei Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau implemented on-site inspection and quarantine on waste PET beverage bricks in the transfer of Hong Kong from the sea,they found a small amount of ants activities in a container door.The staff was highly alert,then deep into the container corner inspection and found that there were hundreds of ants.According to their morphological characteristics,the ants were initial suspected red fire ants.After sampling,the container was immediately sealed and fumigated,the pesticide treatment was carried on.After the laboratory inspection,the ants were sent to the Guangdong Inspection Quarantine Bureau Technical Center,were confirmed as red fire ants.In March of 2016,red fire ants were intercepted again in Hong Kong′s inbound waste materials.In July of the same year,red fire ants were intercepted in the wet-salted cow leather.Through the investigation and analysis of the author,this paper put forward how to quickly identify the red fire ants and prevent their invasion from the port.It can provide references for the field inspection and quarantine of the invading red fire ants at the Shanwei Port and the prevention and control of the subsequent occurrence and diffusion.
