借历史环境,显城市特色——浅析芒市“四寺一塔”街区的保护更新规划

CITY FEATURES HIGHLIGHTED BY HISTORICAL ENVIRONMENT: A BRIEF ANALYSIS ON THE PROTECTION AND RENEWAL PLANNING OF “FOUR TEMPLES AND ONE TOWER” IN MANGSHI CITY

城镇所具有的地域特色、历史风貌、传统文化,构成了我们当前城市文化生态的根基,保护好城镇原有的特色风貌,留住历史文化的精神特质,创造性地"活化利用"原有的传统文化资源,既可成为城市一种特殊的资产和生产力,也能够产生良好的经济效益和社会效益,实现经济、社会、文化三位一体的良性互动发展。本文针对芒市"四寺一塔"历史街区的现状分析,围绕着保护更新的目标,在遵循相关保护更新原则的基础上,通过点线结合,综合思考,重点论述了对4个不同寺庙的明确规划定位,形成对"四寺一塔"历史街区总体规划布局与具体的设计处理,以期达到净化、美化和亮化"四寺一塔"历史街区的环境景观,进一步提升芒市城市形象与城市竞争力,彰显地方民族文化特色,有效促进芒市城市古建遗产的传承保护与发展等效果。

Regional characteristics, historical styles and traditional culture constitute the foundation of our current urban cultural ecology. Protecting the original characteristics of the town and retaining the spiritual characteristics of history and culture, as well as utilizing the original traditional culture resources in a creative and dynamic manner can become a kind of special assets and productivity for a city, and can also produce great economic benefits and social benefits so as to achieve the positive and interactive development of economy, society and culture. In this paper, the strategy and orientation is clearly made with focus on four different temples, in which a status quo analysis is carried out concerning the historical districts in Mangshi City featuring ＂four temples and one tower＂, through a comprehensive thinking combining points and lines on the basis of following the principle and goal of relevant protection and renovation. It is intended to purify, beautify and brighten the environmental landscape of the historical districts featuring ＂four temples and one tower＂ through an overall planning, layout and specific design so as to strengthen the competitiveness and improve the urban image of Mangshi City, highlight the features of local ethnic culture, as well as effectively promote the heritage protection and development of ancient architecture in Mangshi City.
