一般性历史村镇保护路径的再认识--以宁波柴桥为例

RECONSIDERATION ON PROTECTION PATH OF GENERAL HISTORICAL TOWNS & VILLAGES: A CASE STUDY OF CHAIQIAO, NINGBO

散落在城郊偏远地区的一般性历史村镇面临着保护与发展的困境。宁波柴桥老镇起源于乡村聚落,至清末民初成为繁荣的市镇,镇上民居建筑富有浙东地域特色,但如今历史文化保存状态堪忧。本研究从历史村镇的动态性、整体性、关联性的视角,再次认识保护与发展的关系,拟为构建一般性历史村镇的保护路径与对策提供整体性的工作模式和实施方向。在柴桥老镇的保护规划工作中,提出将居民生活设施、村镇产业提升、市政基础建设、社区活动组织与历史保护积极融合,通过发挥历史文化价值的内生活力,为一般性历史村镇构建一条可持续的保护发展路径。

Rural historical towns and villages scattered in remote areas are facing the dilemma of heritage protection and development. The old towns of Chaiqiao in Ningbo originated in rural settlements, they experienced prosperity during the late Qing Dynasty and the early years of the Republic of China. The traditional residence in this town is featured with eastern Zhejiang regional characteristics, yet now in poor preservation state. This study is aimed to understand the relationship between protection and development from the perspective of dynamics, integrity and relevance of historical villages and towns. It is intended to provide a integrated mode of work and a direction for the construction of general historical villages and towns. In the protection and planning work of the old town of Chaiqiao, it is proposed that the residents＇ living facilities, the village and town industry promotion, the municipal infrastructure construction, the community activities organization and the historical protection should be actively integrated. Through the endogenous vitality of the historical and cultural value, a sustainable development path is constructed in the general historical towns and villages.
