摘要
滨水工业建筑遗产作为城市更新的重要空间类型,因其特有的亚文化属性和土地属性而具有与普通的生活类历史建筑更新不同的价值评判标准和设计实施途径。通过解析这一类型建筑空间的历史文化成因、空间价值特征以及相应的城市更新驱动力,可以梳理出在"经济复兴"与"历史保护"共同作用的政策体系引导下的城市滨水工业建筑遗产重新融入城市生活的价值定位方向与可持续发展路径。
As a significant type of urban space with unique subcultural and land attributes, renovation of waterfront industrial architectural heritage follows different value evaluation criteria and implementation methods, which are different from ordinary living historical buildings renewal. By analyzing the historical and cultural causes, spatial value characteristics and the corresponding urban renewal driving force of the building space, we can sort out the value orientation of the policy system and the sustainable renovation path for the waterfront industry architectural heritage reintegrating into modern life under the compromised guidance of "economic revival" and "historical protection".
