摘要
建筑物由于自身功能需要以及结构变更或者重新装修等原因,改造过程中往往需要将局部柱子拔掉,特别是在较大施工作业面且现场制约的情况下进行改造时,就必须选择合理的设计方案和施工方案,以使拔柱之后的整体结构稳固.某地一高层办公楼顶楼会议室22米超大跨度拔除立柱加固框梁的方法,是通过设置十字反梁,采用锚筋将原混凝土梁与新增框梁连为一体,并在节点受力位置进行重点加固处理.施工结束后变形及挠度观测表明加固设计方案符合预期要求.
Out of the need of its function and because of the structure changes or remodeling,etc.,it is necessary to remove part of the column in the process of rebuilding a building. Especially in the case of large construction operation and site restriction,it is necessary to select a reasonable design method and construction method,which will reinforce the overall architecture after the column is removed. This paper introduces a method to strengthen the supporting beam after the removal of a 22-meter span column on the top floor of a conference room in a high-rise office building: through the installation of a cross reverse beam,an anchor bar is used to connect the original concrete beam with the new supporting beam,hence a reinforcement in the node position. The deformation and deflection observation after the construction show that the reinforcement design scheme lives up to the expectations.
