摘要
通过对倍捻机系统底层添加新的计算机硬件架构为基础,将倍捻机中的每个锭子与单片机进行关联;监控系统基于ARM单片机的以太网接口设计:该系统由数据采集模块、以太网模和上下位机等组成.每个下位机实现对纺织生产设备的监测并显示,将数据通过串行通讯发送到上位机.上位机32位ARM嵌入式CPU为基础,技术上采用以太网协议芯片实现以太网通讯,目的是将设备工作状态传输至生产现场和企业总控室.
This method is based on adding a new computer hardware architecture to the bottom of the twisting machine system,and associating each spindle in the twister with the single chip microcomputer. Grounded on the Ethernet interface design of the ARM single chip computer,the system consists of a data acquisition module,Ethernet module and the upper and lower machine and other components. Each lower computer is to achieve the monitoring of textile production equipment and display the data through the serial communication sent to the host computer. The upper machine is based on PC 32 bit ARM-embedded CPU and employs the Ethernet protocol chip to achieve Ethernet communications,whose objective is to transmit the equipment working status to the production site and corporate control room.
