“互联网+”环境下的企业经营活跃度测算研究

Measurement of Enterprise Operating Activity under "Internet+" Environment

在信息时代,企业在经营活动中使用互联网的频率可以反映市场的活跃程度。将Alkire和Foster的"双临界值"法引入到企业经营活跃度的测算当中,构建企业经营活跃度指数模型,并基于世界银行发布的中国企业调查数据,从商业活动、创新活动和信息共享3个维度测算了中国2011—2013年期间的企业经营活跃度。研究结果表明:大型企业相对于中型和小微企业表现出更高的活跃度,并且在较高活跃度临界值k下(k>0.6),制造业企业表现出更高的活跃度。此外,企业活跃度指数可以敏感地反映活跃企业判定标准的变化,且在大样本下其测算结果具有稳健性。

The usage frequency of internet in business can reflect the market activity in information age.This article constructs the enterprise operating activity index model by Dual-Cutoff Approach proposed by Alkire Foster （2011）.Then,we estimate China＇s enterprise operating activity index during 2011 to 2013 through three dimensions of business,innovation and information-sharing,using data from China Enterprise Surveys launched by the World Bank.The results suggest that the enterprise operating activity index of large-sized enterprise is higher than which of the small and medium-sized enterprises,and that the enterprise operating activity index of the manufacturing enterprises is higher compared to nonmanufacturing enterprises when the activity cutoffs are at high level.Additionally,the enterprise operating activity index is sensitive to the change of the standard in identification of active enterprise,and the results are robust under the large sample.
