摘要 随着我国社会的发展,科研的综合实力日益提高,竞争也日渐加剧,过去依赖资源优势和人口优势的情况将一去不返,科技创新成为加快转变经济发展方式、推动社会进步的重要支撑。面对错综复杂的形势,我国比以往任何时候都需要紧紧依靠科技进步和创新,以科技创新能力的提升推动经济社会的全面、协调、可持续发展。笔者通过结合现有国内外创新人才的培养经验,对高校科技创新人才培育机制进行了认真研究,尤其是机械设计行业,并对此提出实施步骤和具体措施,希望对高校造就和培养科技创新人才有所帮助。 With the development of society, the overall strength of scientific research has increased, and the competition has become more intensified. The past situation of relying on the advantages of resources and population will be gone, and scientific and technological innovation has become the important support of economic development and social progress. Facing the complex situation, China will need more than ever to rely firmly on technological progress and innovation, to enhance scientific and technological innovation to promote economic and social comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. By combining existing domestic and international innovative talents, the authors conduct a careful study for science and technology innovation personnel training mechanism, especially the mechanical design industry, and put forward concrete steps and measures, hoping to create and foster technological innovation for universities.
