海洋生物技术大实验教学方法初探

The Preliminary Exploration of the Teaching Methods of Marine Biotechnology Experiments

"海洋生物技术大实验"是海洋科学专业海洋生物学方向本科生的大实验课程。经过几届学生的实验教学尝试,我们开展了实验的改革探索并简要阐述了近年来教学实践的整体效果。通过本课程的学习和实践,充分调动学生积极性,激发学生实验兴趣,让学生较好地巩固实验相关的理论知识,使学生对实验的全过程了解更为透彻,也为学生的毕业论文工作打下良好的实验基础,因而有利于学生动手能力和实践能力的培养。

The marine biotechnology experiment is a large experimental course for undergraduates of marine sciences. During several experimental teaching attempts, we carried out the experiment reform and briefly expounded the overall effect of teaching practice in recent years. The study and practice of the course can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, stimulate the students＇ study interest, enable students to better consolidate the relevant theoretical knowledge of experiment, enables the students to understand the whole process of the experiment more thorough for the good experimental foundation of students＇ graduation thesis work, which is conducive to the cultivation of students＇ practical ability and practice ability.
