在现代学徒制的影响之下,高职院校开展顶岗实习活动,可以有效培养现代化技能型与应用型人才,根据其实际发展要求,全面实施各类教学活动,增强高职院校教学效果。
Under the influence of modern apprenticeship, the implementation of post practice in higher vocational colleges can effectively cultivate modernized technical and applied talents. In accordance with their actual development requirements, all kinds of teaching activities are carried out comprehensively and the teaching effect of higher vocational colleges is enhanced.
