中小学教育中,后进生不可避免地存在。在教育教学工作中,应着重从智力因素和非智力因素方面,以正面教育和先进导向,多措并举,促进后进生转变,特别是后进生的思想品德转变。

In primary and secondary education, backward students inevitably exist. In the education and teaching work, we should focus on intellectual factors and non-intellectual factors,transforming them with positive education and advanced guidance through various measures, especially promoting the ideological and moral transformation of them.
