“组织内信任”视角下高校基层党支部组织生活创新研究

A Study on the Innovation of Organizational Life at the Basic Level of Party Branches in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of "Trust in Organizations"

高校党建工作研究历来是高校理论研究中的一个重要内容,党中央、习近平总书记多次强调要不断加强和改进党的建设,进一步完善党的基层组织。需要特别注意的是,一个组织高效运转的前提条件是必须具备充分的组织内部信任氛围,从而使每个成员工作效率最优化。本研究基于组织内信任理论,以云南师范大学各级基层党支部成员为研究对象,进行问卷调查和分析,通过组织内信任心理机制来创建出一支支生机勃勃、能力与党性兼备的高校基层党支部。

The research of Party building in colleges and universities has always been an important content in the theoretical research of colleges and universities. The CPC Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping have repeatedly stressed that we should constantly strengthen and improve the Party building and further improve the Party＇s grassroots organizations. It is important to note that the prerequisite for the efficient operation of an organization is a environment of full trust in the organization,so that the efficiency of each member＇s work is optimized. Based on the theory of trust in organizations, taking the members of the grassroots Party branches at all levels of Yunnan Normal University as the research object, this paper conducts the questionnaire survey and analysis, in order to create grassroots Party branches with vitality, ability and Party spirit through trust in organizations.
