中世纪大学校长制度探究——以博洛尼亚大学与巴黎大学为例

On the System of the President of the Medieval University:Taking University of Bologna and University of Paris as an Example

大学校长作为大学内部管理结构的重要角色之一,是当今西方大学核心的领导体制。以中世纪两所管理模式迥异的原型大学——博洛尼亚大学与巴黎大学为例,通过考察大学校长这一职位及其权力在中世纪的产生和发展情况,以及对现代大学制度发展的作用和影响,有利于加深对不同大学领导机制差异的认识和理解,对我国大学管理模式也有所启示。

As one of the important roles of the university＇s internal management structure, the president of the university is the core leadership system of today＇s Western universities. Taking two medieval universities, University of Bologna and University of Paris, with different management models, as an example, this paper examines the emergence and development situation of university president and his or her power in the medieval period, and expounds their role and influence in the development of modern university system. This helps to deepen the understanding of different university leadership mechanisms, and is of great significance to China＇s university management model.
